We want you to be happy with MakeRain. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our sales. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact MakeRain support and we will help you initiate the refund.

Paddle's own Refund Policy applies in addition to ours.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed, but we encourage you to reach out — we want to make things right where we can.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops future billing.
